A woman at Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia left her 11-year-old child unattended in a vehicle while she went inside to gamble for at least 40 minutes.

As a result, she was placed on Pennsylvania’s Involuntary Exclusion List, barring her from all casinos in the state.
