Im surprised so many positive reviews. Im going to leave my honest personal opinion here for all to read and see.
I did two deposits on betandplay. Won quite a chunk of money. Then the endless process started. First I uploaded all verification papers that they requested. Then they declined my verification saying some paper was missing which it wasnt. So I reuploaded the SAME paper again. After being declined for second time I approached their customer service (which by the way is run by AI bots and not real humans). Tried for about 8.5 hours to explain to the bot that my papers were what they had asked for. Eventually even the bot managed to verify me. After I got verified I tried cashing out my winnings for another 8 hours where they were continuously being declinded over and over again and always with smoe made up reason to keep me on the site playing. After I had wrote customer service bot for another few hours I did the exact same withdrawal request and eventually it went through. Actually I was so frustrated after my experience on betandplay so I closed my account straight after this. I did come out on the top with about 800euro in profit but I would never go through this tidious process again.
