Ive been through a long long long dispute with them. I can sahre some insight what YOU SHOULD do if you paly thjere in future. Them being overseas operated nowadays in curacao makes it really hard to send money to european banks. So you should register a skrill account, deposit with the skrill and withdraw with the skrill. They are VERY strict with only transfering winnings to same method you used to deposit with.
